Yoga is my first love.

I started yoga in high school, and since then, I’ve returned to my mat through all of life’s obstacles and wins. For over 20 years, this practice has led me to deepen my understanding of the body and has fed my work and studies as a chiropractor.

As a 200 hr Certified Yoga Teacher, I combine my knowledge of the body through the lens of 12 years as a practicing Chiropractor. Movement is my passion, and whether we are moving energy passively or actively, it’s all wholly transforming every fiber of your being.

I now offer private yoga sessions in your home.
